TSUGI means Hand to hand, Links, Next in Japanese. We bake your daily bread and pastries freshly everyday, everything from by our own hand.

We are committed to use organic stone grounded flour from Switzerland milled by a small scale mill from Glarus. By eating our bread you are also supporting organic Swiss farmers, small scale millers and the local food system.
